Name calling won't help you sell your product. The fact is, I couldn't get a nationally broadcast college football game in my car. The technology is over hyped and inadequate. Is there anything else need be said?
Arguing against what your customers want won't help you make a better product. Come talk to me when you have a product that interests me. Until then, count me among the idiots that won't pay for your products.
Sincerely,
Rob

Try listening to satellite radio and compare the content to internet radio with their "thousands of stations". I have for years, and Satellite radio wins that race. I am an internet junkie, but I do appreciate quality. Internet radio is fine, but it is worth it to many people to pay a few cents, and have the best. It is really NOT a have one and not the other thing. Satellite radio is trouble free, CD quality digital audio, no static, national coverage, superior content without many commercials.

Well Will,
Looks like we disagree then. At home I listen to streaming radio online through the computer if I want access to thousands of channels. XM even offers FREE channels through AOL and AIM so I usually listen to that if I want to. However, I just don't think it's necessary to pay for a service that has plenty of free alternatives.

You're an idiot! Try looking around and you will see satellite radio offers numerous transferable options as well as completely portable units which you can take with you anywhere you go!
The reason people buy satellite radio is so they don't have to listen to the local wingnuts who have nothing to say.
People like you should not listen to the radio and stick to writing stupid blogs!

I strongly disagree. Satellite radio's content, talk, music, entertainment educational shows, lack of commercials, nationwide coverage with digital near CD quality audio sound, makes anything so-called "free radio" sound sick, even with 100% improvement over the drivel they now offer. After the merger, the content will improve even more over tome, and the price will come down to where it would be foolish not to have it. Wi-Max and Internet has many transmission problems and it's been dropped in most places it has been tried for mass broadcasting. There are many alternatives to satellite radio, but none quite as unique and proven. By the way, I noticed you only had Xm in your car. Try Sirius, there is a difference. Better yet, wait until after the merger and you will be able to choose the "a la carte" plan, then you can select 50 channels from BOTH Sirius & Xm for only $6.99.
