To truly save at amusement parks, we generally pack our own drinks and snacks. Sometimes we even pack our own lunches. We'd leave the food (in a cooler) in the car, and picnic (inside the park if food is allowed in). That move alone can easily shave expenses by $10 per person!

Do they have a season pass? I remember my friends bought a season pass to Six Flags and would go to the amusement park practically every weekend. The passes pay for themselves if you go there more than 2 times a season. THere was a Fright Fest in October, Holiday in the Park in December. Of course you couldn't ride the water rides, but everything else was the same.
