Particularly with more risky, speculative stocks, you need to be extra careful about what you read on those boards. It's much easier for the posters to influence prices due to the smaller market cap and thinner volume. You are definitely safer with indexes! Due to the larger scale, it's harder for pumpers and dumpers to significantly influence index fund prices!</content>

I'm not really sure what value I'd get from a message board anyway, since I'm an indexing kind of girl.</content>
