log in online and go to customer service and there is an option in that tab to do it.
super easy!

Hi Jane,
Well, I'd recommend calling the folks at Capital One credit cards and inquiring about this feature and request.
While certain Citibank platinum cards allow only tiny head shot photos of the card holder to be placed onto the plastic card, Capital One on the other hand actually allows entire cards to feature the credit card holder's personalized design. I'm not sure if previously issued Capital One credit cards get access to this custom feature, or whether a new customized card must be applied for. Please ask Capital One customer service about the matter and come back and post your findings if possible. I'm sure other readers would love to know for certain!

I already have a capital one card, and would like to put a picture on it. How do I do it? I originally had one that had a picture on it, but my new card is just gray.
thanks,
