I did her taxes on Turbo Tax & she had AGI of $34K with a standard deduction & 1 personal exemption. She got a $15 refund. All I can find out is that there is a delay. I've repeatedly tried the phone number given on the IRS website but it never gets answered by anyone. Is there an address a letter or e-mail could be sent to the IRS to find out what the delay is so I can correct it? I’m trying to inquire into why my 83 year old mother has not received a check.
