		<content type="html" xml:lang="en" xml:base="http://www.moneybluebook.com/">Don't be intimidated by 0% credit cards offers with a balance transfer fee, as long as you account for the fee in your analysis.  They are not necessarily a "trap" and can be much cheaper than even a secured loan.  
I generally transfer our car loans to 0% credit cards, and roll them over every 12 months.  But if I can't, I will borrow at 3.25% against my 401k.  This is a much better rate than any lender offers, and as my own lender, I'm earning a much better rate than I would earn from the Stable Value or Money Market funds in my 401k.</content>
