Maybe it's just my web browser. I noticed it first on my blog and I noticed on yours. When it happened on mine I was kind of freaked, thinking everybody had the problem and recoded so it didn't run off of Feedburner's servers.
It is inefficient, but maybe most people won't notice it. It could be that Feedflair is just a problem on my computer.

Hey Jay,
You should have seen my site a month ago. It was clocking at an average of 30 seconds load time. I didn't have FeedFlare back then either. I eventually left my old provider and moved to Dreamhost. After a few hiccups, things have been much better. I'll try turning on the cache to see if that'll help! Is Feedflare really that inefficient?

Hello, I just visited your blog for the first time today, and I noticed the slowness. I think it's because of your Feedburner FeedFlair. Basically, the way FeedFlair works is really inefficient, and it can make your website seem very slow. This would have nothing to do with your web host.
I suggest you take out all FeedFlair and see if it doesn't improve.
