Nearly two years ago, I scored a $20K line, zero interest 3% fee capped at $50 for 6 months. That was the last deal I've seen, lately all are uncapped.

I signed up for a Discover Card lifetime 0% balance transfer offer years ago and am still carrying the interest free balance after all of these years. They have a requirement now that you must make a certain minimum monthly purchase amount but it's quite low and doesn't affect my tiny interest charges by a whole lot. It's given me a lot of time to slowly pay back credit card balances at my choosing.
I think the Discover Card More balance transfers for life are still around-I've seen them in the mail a few times. Sometimes it's 0% for life and other times it's like 0.99% or 1.99% for the life of the loan. They vary but they are still around. They are not easily advertised.
