Michael,
I guess it's possible the category of people who utilize these credit card concierge services tend to be upper echelon types accustomed to getting their own way and receiving top notch service. Perhaps yelling at the help and throwing their over-inflated egos around are what they've disappointingly become accustomed to.
Are you still working as a concierge at one of the big luxury credit card companies?

The concierge service is a great benefit; however, the people working in the concierge bays are just people. One concierge may work for one person or one assignment but not another. It is like a legal assistant. Some lawyers work better with some than others. Furthermore, any card member can authorize anyone to use the concierge through their card; though, they must be authorized.
And to any card member reading this, please stop yelling at the concierges. They must comply to federal regulations. so, it is really irritating that when they (and at one time I) ask for your address, you tell us the street, say Los Angeles, and then refuse to give us the state. They're not morons; they know it's Ca. They have Federal regulations to adhere to and you not answering their simple questions could cost them their jobs.
No, I was not fired . . . just too annoyed to stay another shift.
