One concierge may work for one person or one assignment but not another. It is like a legal assistant. Some lawyers work better with some than others. Furthermore, any card member can authorize anyone to use the concierge through their card; though, they must be authorized. And to any card member reading this, please stop yelling at the concierges. They must comply to federal regulations. so, it is really irritating that when they (and at one time I) ask for your address, you tell us the street, say Los Angeles, and then refuse to give us the state. They're not morons; they know it's Ca. They have Federal regulations to adhere to and you not answering their simple questions could cost them their jobs.
