Me and 3-5 other individuals will be forming a group together to own a series of businesses and franchises over time. It involves a process of setting up, maintaining, then moving on to start another. It would be that our small group of people, would get the excess profit or % from establishing those businesses. All the financing parts wouldn't be in our name, so that in case of a big loss, it doesn't kill each of our personal financial status. Then eventually becoming investors. I know that its based on the state, and etc. but what would that be classified as? a Partnership of course, but is it a LP, LLP, or a LLLP?

Dead on about the cash back programs, but there is a lot of care that needs to be taken when managing these programs. They are generally great when maximized, but many of us get lazy and tend to forget which card is offering what.
Amex has a Blue Cash card that is probably one of the best, but you need to meet the $6,500 spending threshold per year to really maximize the profits Also it's worth less overseas because of the high foreign currency transaction fees. I'm currently at $6,400 for spending for my 12-month period. Spending $100 more in the next three months will triple my cash back.
It takes moths of research to find the right card with a lot of trial and error. But finally finding the right card is just about priceless.
