It's nice of you to have taken a reflection like this and written it in your blog. I agree with you, money often takes so much of our time and attention from the more important things. But I would also like to add that this happens whether we are rich or poor. YOu have already discussed a perspective on rich people, but I can also see some signs in situations of financial difficulty. Some people have such a hard life nowadays that they don't even have the time to reflect on these things like you and me do. They work almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week just so to survive. Many times, these people live in environments that are noisy both physically and spiritually and would not allow the soul to have a quiet time with God. It's really a jungle for survival and along the way, the soul suffers as well.

Do you know that God does not exist, that the Bible is nothing more that a pack of a lies and that only mindless idiots believe in Jesus?

Come visit and get the facts, before your child gets molested by a pedophile priest!

Hi Bill,

Thanks for your wonderful words of encouragement. Yes, there is definitely a purpose and a plan...but sometimes it takes time for us to see His message. Glad to know we are all in this personal journey together. Have a blessed day!

Thanks for your honesty.

You are absolutely right in your observations and internal evaluation of your heart condition. But I have saying I apply to myself when someone asks me about God and sin... and it is simply said, "God knows the difference between someone 'lying and 'trying'. That is our comfort as Christians. God judges our hearts and no-one knows our hearts better then the One who died for them that we may have life...keep on with your honesty and God will lead you back to the path you once were on...what path is that? The one of 'faith in His Word, that remains true no matter how man tries to twist the 'truth' to fit his life style. All of us know when we do wrong, but not all of us want to be on the path of righteousness.

The world looks at repentance of ones sins as a weakness. God has made it a strength, when repentance is done from the heart!

Peace Brother!
