Hi John

I am merely using Jim Cramer as the poster boy for the whole financial analyst industry because he is such a popular figure. I’m simply trying to highlight the important caveat that they are really no better than any of us at predicting or forecasting the market. They rely on accurate market intelligence and can only project as far as the market remains transparent and efficient. Unfortunately the market is not static and is fraught with emotion and greed. I am not putting the entire blame on him but mocking the industry that thinks it can accurately predict specific stock performance.

Ummm, Cramer is a pretty smart guy and has the fundemenatals down solid, I really don’t blame him for this whole bad info on bear stearns, because guess what, a week before the CEO made a public statement saying they are fine. Fact of the matter is that a tidal wave of investors pulled money out all at the same time and it crashed. Yes, a lot of it I am sure was insiders pulling puppet strings and hedge funds hyping up the negatives, but in the end they all sucessfully took down Bear Sterns. Why not also blame the analysts on the street that had a nuetral on the stock for the past 6 months?

Is this spam? Or is this just another one of Ron Paul’s nutty supporters again? What is it that you propose we do about all the list of calamities you indicated above? And frankly, what does it have to do with Jim Cramer or Bear Stearns, the subjects of this article?

I recognize your convoluted but tired claim that there is no law stating that we must pay federal income taxes. I can assure you, you are misguided in your views. Tax avoidance through the classic 861 Argument will fail. Rather than rant in all capital letters on this blog, I suggest you start a political blog and post regularly on the subject. If it’s fascinating or comical enough, I may read it regularly, and who knows, your unique message may spread. Maybe, maybe not.
