		<content type="html" xml:lang="en" xml:base="http://www.moneybluebook.com/">I've always thought a charge card is a nice middle of the road card, between a debit card that takes money immediately, and a credit card that lets you run up too much debt if you're not careful. It gives you a little breathing room, while still making you aware that you need to pay everything off.</content>
