The Account HAD to be opened online in order to qualify for the promotion. This is how they get away with not giving you your money. You HAVE to open the account online and enter the promotion code, but then what they do is tell you that you never entered the promotion code, even though you know darn well that you did AND you still have the promotion code used. It is nothing but a scandal in order for them to get new customers (this offer was only open to new Bank of America customers), and then they don't deliver what is promised in the promotion.
