Hi Vanessa,
What an extensive list! I was wondering what types of freebies do hardware stores, childrens toys and goods companies, and weight management companies offer. How do you construct your letters. Also, do they give you a limit, or do you have to ask for a limit in terms of how many times you submit your letter?
Thanks For Your Response

I enter the company, email address and what they sent. Then when they tell you how often you can email I set up an alert in google calenders.

Yup...I don't just ask once sometimes. There are a few companies that are super generous with coupons, so I ask them regularly and periodically, like every 3 weeks and they always oblige.

My wife used to work in political campaigns and the maxim was, if you want money you have to ask for it. That definitely applies to getting what you want from companies. A manufacturer not smart enough to give you coupns when you ask for one doesn't deserve your business. Don't stop with grocery items, I've had luck asking for coupons and rebates for tools, fans, and car care products.
